From the publication of the Governance guidelines and Act 27.401, “Criminal Liability of Companies”.

FAdeA has made the commitment to provide information and to organize its data abiding by the various applicable standards about Active Transparency.

Besides, FAdeA complies with Act 27275, Access to Public Information, in order to guarantee the effective right to access public information, thus promoting citizen participation and public office transparency, providing tools to our citizens.

Request for Information

In compliance with Act 27275, Access to Public Information, FAdeA aims at guaranteeing the effective right to access public information, to promote citizen participation and public office transparency; and for these purposes has appointed a Responsible Person for FAdeA’s Access to Public Information. This person is in charge of answering any Requests for Access to Public Information.

Act 27.275 provides both for the ways to request for information and the ways to make a claim, in case information is not provided.

What should I do if the Company refuses to provide information? How can I make a claim?

If we have not answered to your request, or if you consider the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, you may submit a claim to the Agency for Access to Public Information.
