A lawyer graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, he has complemented his education with studies in Administrative Law, Corporate and Contract Law, Business Administration, and Finance at institutions such as Torcuato Di Tella University, the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, and CEMA University. He possesses extensive experience in the aeronautical industry and business management. He previously served as Director of FAdeA, leading key ministerial-level management in Buenos Aires. Prior to that, he was General Director of Logistics for the National Government, where he was in charge of the operation and maintenance of the Presidential Air Fleet. His career also includes roles at the HSBC Group and legislative advisory positions in the Argentine Senate and the Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires.

A lawyer and specialist in National Defense. He has served as Director of the state-owned company Bodegas y Viñedos Giol and President of the Colombo-Argentine binational company (PROVOCA). Currently, he presides over the Godoy Cruz Electric Power Cooperative and serves as Statutory Auditor for the Eastern Mendoza Energy Distribution Company (EDESTE).

Brigadier and Military Aeronautical Engineer, Electronic Engineer, and Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) of the United States. He previously served as Director General of Research and Development and currently serves as Commander of Materiel of the Argentine Air Force (FAA).
