A chemical engineer who graduated from the National Technological University (UTN). He has extensive experience in the chemical and petrochemical industries, where he held senior management and executive positions both in Argentina and abroad for American and European companies. He has also held positions in R&D, Planning, Marketing, Sales, and Projects.

He served as president of the Argentine Petrochemical Institute (IPA) until 2010 and as director of the Latin American Petrochemical Association (APLA), an organization for which he currently serves on the Supervisory Board representing Argentina.

Retired captain of the Argentine Air Force (FAA) and veteran fighter pilot of the Falklands War. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the Argentine Catholic University (UCA) and is an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP), Commercial Pilot, and Flight Instructor.

He served as Director of Projects and Operational Advisor to the National Secretariat of Transportation; Corporate Manager of Operations and Production for Aerolíneas Argentinas-Austral; Operational Advisor for Air Traffic at the Civil Aviation Accident Investigation Board (JIAAC); Transportation Environmental Safety Advisor (ASAT) at the Transportation Safety Board (JST); and Director of the National Airport System Regulatory Agency (ORSNA).

Brigadier and Military Aeronautical Engineer, Electronic Engineer, and Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) of the United States. He previously served as Director General of Research and Development and currently serves as Commander of Materiel of the Argentine Air Force (FAA).
