Furthermore, FAdeA complies with Law 27.275 on Access to Public Information, aimed at guaranteeing the effective exercise of the right of access to public information, promoting citizen participation, and ensuring the transparency of public management by providing the necessary tools to the citizenry.

Law No. 27.275 provides both the mechanisms for requesting public information and the channels for filing a complaint if the information is not provided.
What should I do if the company denies information? How can I file a complaint?
If we have not responded, or if you consider the information provided to be incomplete or incorrect, you may file a complaint with the Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP).
