General Objectives

  • To promote an environment at FAdeA free from gender-based violence and discrimination of any kind based on gender and/or sexual identity.
  • To strengthen awareness, training, and information efforts for the promotion and defense of human and labor rights.
  • To guarantee a comprehensive approach to the issue of gender-based violence, from prevention to the imposition of sanctions, where applicable, in reported situations.

Inquiries

Inquiries shall be submitted to the FAdeA Diversity and Gender Commission by the interested party or by someone with direct knowledge of the facts, either in person, by telephone, or via email. They will be received by personnel specifically trained for this purpose.

Reporting

Internal reports may be made in person or through the digital channels provided by the company.
