  • Promote in FAdeA an environment free from violence and discrimination of any kind based on gender and/or sexual identity.
  • Strengthen awareness-raising, training and information for the promotion and defense of human and labor rights
  • Guarantee a comprehensive approach towards gender-based violence, from prevention to disciplinary actions, if appropriate, to situations reported.


Inquiries shall be addressed to FAdeA Diversity and Gender Commission, by the person concerned or by someone with direct knowledge of the facts, in person, by phone, or e-mail. Inquires shall be received by persons qualified to do so.


Internal complaints can be made in person or through any company digital means available.
