We celebrated the 10th FAdeA CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT CONVENTION, where the best practices implemented in 2023 were presented and awarded.
On this occasion, we awarded the first three Best Practices out of five pre-selected candidates. The first place was awarded to Linea Pampa's Thermal Switch Protector, the second place was for the CNC mark erasing folding table, and the third place went to Aircraft Maintenance Quality Assurance Database.
In this context, we also gave an award to the company INMEBA for the implementation of the 5s philosophy in its organization.
Participants in the event included special guests from the National Technological University, companies associated with the aerospace industry such as INMEBA, Redimec, Practica, and representatives of the Argentine Air Force Flight Test Center.
We gratefully acknowledge the participation of the Córdoba Competitiveness Agency with whom FAdeA is carrying out a policy of strengthening LEAN in the aerospace cluster 2023-2024.
